Clothing has been a product of our planet for over 35,000 years. But increasingly, it’s become a problem. What began as spun silk and sheep shearing is now a $994 billion market – two thirds of which relies on fossil-fuel-based, non-biodegradable synthetic fibres. Production alone drains a staggering 1.3 billion barrels of oil each year (more than Spain’s annual consumption) and makes up the largest source of microplastic pollution in the world’s oceans.

However, there is a silver lining. In 2021, 8.5% of global fibres originated from recycled materials. And while less than 1% of those were produced by recycling existing textiles, as production rises, next-generation materials will be imperative in leading the charge for a more sustainable future.

Everbloom is exactly what’s needed.

Everbloom is a pioneer in material innovation, weaving the next generation of noble fibres. Its cutting-edge, bio-manufacturing technology breathes new life into organic waste—regenerating natural by-products like pillow down into high-performance fibres, which elevate the properties of Earth’s finest materials.

To get these precisely regenerated fibres into the hands of the fashion houses, sports companies and automotive manufacturers that can elicit global change, Everbloom required a brand that fit with the fabric of the high-end. That was a peer, not merely a partner.

The identity sets the tone, no better epitomised by the instantly recognisable logo. Made up of a refined wordmark and a woven monogram-come-cursor, it is a masthead that signifies expertise and authority wherever it features—from the header on Everbloom’s LCA findings to the labels it shares with Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Dior.

Beyond this, a classic aesthetic underlined with a dash of science only elevates Everbloom’s luxurious positioning. Tactile textures make you want to reach out and touch the screen, while photography hones in on the magic of the material rather than showcasing people donning the final garment. The erudite Season, by Displaay, is complemented by the rigour of Haffer mono. While a series of threads delicately hang onto our assets, in the same manner we hope people hang onto language as smooth as cashmere.

The digital experience conveys artistic cut-through as much as scientific breakthrough. Editorial in nature, it has room to breathe, never forcing Everbloom’s ecological credentials on people, but letting them take the time to peel back understanding layer by layer.
The result is a brand that’s all about how Everbloom feels, which makes sense given the fibers, as founder Sim Gulati attests, “are equal, if not superior, to the most desirable materials in the world.”
